i missed these before - that cutting board scale is awesome! how do they counter for accidental whacks of the knife, etc...can you cut on top of the scale?!?
it's just a concept right now. (i.e. someone just photoshopped the picture.) i imagine that there is a time delay on the scale-- things would have to be there for 3sec, for ex, before they would be weighed?
oh, and you didn't miss it before . these were in a post that i put off publishing for a while. i don't quite remember my motives.
